Enforcement

The Lab Rules and Procedures apply to all Sacramento City College students and employees. Directions given by any lab personnel concerning the use of the equipment, software, and facilities must be observed.

Students violating any rule in Business Division Computer Labs may be asked to leave the lab and may face disciplinary measures including limitation or denial of lab privileges, referral to the Dean of the Business Division and the Campus Discipline Officer, and/or liability for damages incurred by the College. Penalties may also be imposed under one or more of the following: Los Rios Community College District regulations, Sacramento City College regulations, California State law, and Federal law. As with all matters of law and ethics, ignorance of the law does not excuse violations.
